Criminal Defense & Record Restrictions

My office is dedicated to bridging the gap between the rich and poor in their accessibility to justice in the criminal justice system.  The cost of private legal representation is prohibitive to many, and while public defenders are generally some of the most talented lawyers in the legal profession, they are often overburdened with cases and stretched far too thin to provide adequate representation.  My office assists qualified** criminal defendants at a 75% discounted rate from my normal fees. 
*There is no charge for the initial consultation if during its course either party decides to decline representation.  Cost of initial consultation will be billed client if representation is undertaken. 
** A qualified individual's household income shall not exceed 325% of the federal poverty guideline level (http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/13poverty.cfm).
