Social Security
My practice assists clients who have been denied their social security benefits. Appeals filed by attorneys with the Social Security Administration are more successful than appeals filed by applicants alone. Social security cases are handled on a contingency basis, subject to a statutory cap. This means clients do not need any money upfront for my services. Upon winning the client's appeal, the fee will be based on a negotiated percentage of the client's retroactive claim amount. In the event the case is lost on appeal, the client does not have to pay any legal fees, only administrative costs and expenses.*** Because I do not get paid unless we win, you know I believe in your case as much as you do.
*There is no charge for the initial consultation if during its course either party decides to decline representation. Cost of initial consultation will be billed to client if representation is undertaken. ***Examples of administrative costs and other expenses include, but are not limited to, copying costs, deposition costs, court fees, travel expenses, medical examinations, expert witness fees, etc. |
