Trademark and False Advertising

My practice assists clients with prosecuting trademark registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Only through registration will an owner be afforded maximum protection under the law.  Other services include protecting trademark owners from trademark infringement and false advertising by their competitors.  For a monthly subscription fee, my office also provides continual monitoring of trademark registrations to ensure clients' trademarks remain unique, distinctive, and valuable in the marketplace.
